As you proboley knew the beach special was the very last Fu'un Takeshi Jyo episode...but there's more The winning contestants from the beach went back to the castle and played Slippery Wall(where you had to catch a ball on the way down) and everyone's favorite version of the Gauntlet-which is the one with the rollers and monkey bars. But what didn't really make sense is that they went "downtown"(where the tiger comb maze and prod were),the reason why it doesn't make sense is that it would of been better if they went downtown before the castle. Plus,if you watch part 2 of our best of version of the "takeshi on holiday" special, you may recognize a few of the "hula-hula" contestants from Nauti Ball on the Slippery Wall: www.youtube.com/watch?v=i911UzbWLTMI hope all of that makes sense!

i don't mean to be snobby, but i actualy think that the episode downtown was a continuation of the beach games played in the takeshi on holiday speical. if you look closely you'll see the "kung-fu" contestant wth the fan who won in slip way in tigercomb maze and high rollers and the contestant who won in dragon lake cheering on some of the contestants. just thought you might like to know. ;D

Oh believe me i've tried to find original episodes. No luck But if you get a program called Emule you can download humor amarillo the spanish version of takeshi's castle. Thats about as original as it gets.

Hmm. I thought the final episode of TC was the one where General Lee dies and is ressurected. It has Ratrace, wipeout obstacle course special and Ultimate Showdown in it. Challenge did an excellent job of mincing and mixing all the episodes.
Maybe I'm wrong. Unfortunately I haven't a clue how do download software. My coputer doesn't seem to accept much of what I've tried. Emule I've never heard of.
In all honesty there's only one surefire way to get the original TC episodes: go to TBS in Tokyo with enough money to buy the film reels. Fair play if anyone can afford that!

I wish! Apart from being a Keshi Head I'm also a fan of anime. I'd like to see a sumo match too.
Ah well, I can but dream.

Well just reading the topic again and I'm very confused Last but one episode: Beach Special + Games played in Humor Amarillo's last episode shoot 'n' loot as "showdown" Last episode: the best part of the country episode no showdown but which episode is castle burning down (and why is there a castle on the last but one episode), when was the obastacle course played? Make no sense to me. perhaps we are able to create a English episode guide about the original show, which can be added to the KK episode guide page by Jonnie. btw.. who many episodes are there?

Ok,the final episode(the beach special-followed by Sling Swing Fling and other games in Midoriyama Studios) had the footage of the castle burning down and Tani in the coffin. I know it's very confusing,it took me a while to figure that out. The obstacle course special was played before the first final episode(with games like Cheeze-Berry Hill,Corn Cob Trip,Prod...)which was a special to celebrate a Japanese celebration...I've no idea what the celebration is,but it's something to do with blossom trees. AND...alot of people say the castle got rebuilt after being burnt down...but it was actually footage of the castle being built back in 1986-which can be seen in the 1987 new years special(the special with Giant Maze and Deep Float). I hope that all made sense to you Good idea about having an episode guide for the original series, but I don't know any information about EVERY single Japanese episode or special,so we can't do it And for the answer to your last question, there were about 127 normal episodes and 10 specials
