And now some Facts about dsf series you might not know:
Specials that were longer than 60 minutes(originally) were never shown
Even in the talks some scenes were cut out
Sometimes names were pronounced wrong (Matoko instead of makoto ..etc and permanently Tatsuo Tokashiki instead of Katsuo)
Not like in GB when mostly the first person to go through the game was cut out because of japanese signs on the screen, dsf overblended all japanese signs and so showed all contestants to go through a game. To see how much persons would be left after game, the right number was shown but also overblended(in ep 35 in Fish food li'l part of a sign can be seen on the screen.
Alll battlefield reportrers were never mentioned in any way.
Altough it's rare, dsf version is not completly superior to challenge version as Some "after commercial footage in challenge was not shown in dsf and there are no specials.
For example: ep76 Yeti and white woman are dancing but the inroduction of this scene with the white woman(craig calls "her" Michail Jackson and even Armin Berger does so) seen partly in the british ep is cut out but can be seen in ep 101 in german, so in this case it's not really missing.
only 120 eps were dubbed including ep 101,128 and 129
After ep 100 nearly all were shown but before only 88.
Even in germany games were sometimes cut out (like ep 101 and 128/129)
Flashbacks in the end of an episode were added escpecially to earlier eps
The original plot was mostly kept but sometimes Armin Berger, nearly always tending to be objective added own "jokes"
In ep 129 some footage was taken from episode 128 and some was added from other flashbacks.
So many believe dsf kept all as it was but in ep 101 and 128/129 they left much and added again flshbacks in the end
Many germans think that this series is uncut even Kurt media publisher of the dvd claimed it but we all know this is nonsense
Dsf don't have the license to this series any more and it will never be shown again, this is quite sure.

All names of charakters were overblended and shown in german.
The last episode to be shown on the afternoon was episode 101 on 17.2.01. After this it ran till august of 2001 in the morning.
The epsiodes lasted approx. 33-34 min without commercials and without intro and outro and other added footage (e,g: announcing what happens after commercials, it took in the beginning about30 min in the end rather 32 min (later eps)
Sometimes armin Berger referred to old eps. A bit of timeline were included.
But indeed the orginial order was only more or less kept.

, it was just in japanese best of episodes or footage, but indeed there were only 120 normal episodes + episode 101, 128,129, 132, nothing else.
