I looked it up on google maps and found it ages ago. Funny because I looked on google earth and it found it the 1st time I looked, but after that it can't. I wish there was a pic of it 20 years ago.

Yes,it would be a great idea.If it's possible,Google Earth should invent a "back in time" thing where not only you want to search a place,but what year and day it is in too :DAlthough it sounds impossible

It is possible. Various military organisations use 3D rendered images for battlefield simulations/training/strategy etc. The problem is that 3Ding all of Earth's landmasses would cost billions!
The best bet for a 3D representation of Midoriyama Studios would be a model. I'm skilled enough to build one but I rarely get fee time having to work full time. C'est La Vie! (That's Life.)
