I was reading an articale about MXC and this is what it had on the bottom of the page: The future of "MXC" is a bright one, with many more episodes to be written. The group is looking into doing more "Almost Live" episodes of "MXC." The original "Almost Live" was at Central Florida University two years ago, where they set up the games and had the college students compete against one another.
There is also the possibility of an "MXC" movie in the works.I've no idea if this will come true in the future but it was worth reading about it! Here's the link to it: media.www.thepenn.org/media/storage/paper930/news/2006/12/05/Accent/Extreme.Japanese-2522925.shtml Also this is the 300th topic of the forum

Id love for it to be true but i wouldn't get my hopes up. I mean An MXC movie a little farfetched.

Very interesting. Almost live shows are a good idea, but a movie? Well, Takeshi's Castle itself has a storyline, but MXC ist just group one vs. group one..

I agree...a MXC movie wouldn't work, but more Almost Live specials would be good though

No offence to all the MXC fans but I would be 10 times more excited if it was a takeshi's castle movie. MXC, I find unfunny and cringeworthy. But more to the point, I don't know how they could fit in enough footage for a movie length.
